Community Ambassador Program
The Town 2009 Economic Statement of Objectives, as updated annually, identified as one of its goals the development of a team to Sell Smiths Falls to new residents and visitors as a Sensational community to live, work and play. A new program has been initiated to develop a team of business owners and local residents to act as Community Ambassadors for Smiths Falls. Together, we can offer our new residents, investors and visitors a Sensational experience!
Community Ambassador Role
As an Ambassador, you will be expected to act as a knowledgeable resource about our community. An Ambassador will act as a front line resource for new residents, investors and visitors by providing an Ambassador Brochure and directing people to the appropriate resources in the community as required. A resource brochure will be supplied in a brochure stand, along with a window sticker identifying your business. You will also receive an identifier button and certificate to display at your location. Ongoing support will be given as required by the Smiths Falls Economic Development Department.
