Location

Smiths Falls is located in the center of Eastern Ontario, Canada. The town is located between the city of Kingston and Canada’s capitol city of Ottawa, and is only a short distance from the border with the United States. Road network:

We have a variety of highways for quick access to nearby Ottawa and Kingston. Ontario’s capitol city of Toronto is only 3 hours away by highway.

Railway network:

There is a conveniently located railway station allowing access to both passenger and freight rail traffic.

Waterways:

The city is located within a 35 minute drive from the St. Lawrence River providing easy access to border crossings and docks.

Air Connections:

Just outside the city is our local Montague Airport. The airport can accept small private planes and medium-sized aircraft.
Ottawa International Airport is located just 67 miles from Smiths Falls for larger aircraft and freight and offering hourly flights to most cities.
